Hatha Yoga is the most widely practiced yoga in the world and is one of the most powerful tools for achieving optimal health. The yoga postures strengthen your body, increase flexibility, and improve your balance, coordination, and mental clarity. The breathing techniques cleanse your lungs and energize and purify your body. This class will enhance your awareness, give you tools for stress relief, and renew your body, mind and spirit.

Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous style linking poses together through a flowing sequence. This heat-building style increases strength and flexibility and encourages purification of body and mind. Vinyasa promotes a deep focused attention through moving meditation. Prepare to sweat! Suitable for those in good physical condition, with knowledge of the basics of yoga. For strength, balance, and movement try Vinyasa yoga.

Gentle Yoga is the practice of Hatha yoga poses at a relaxed pace. Take time to slow down, quiet the mind, and experience deep body awareness. This class is perfect for beginners, those looking for more flexibility and range of motion, and for those desiring a slower-paced, gentle class.

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic and comprehensive style of Yoga that uses breath, movement and meditation to align the chakras, energize the body, strengthen the immune and nervous systems, and balance the glandular system to enhance your self-understanding, intuition, and tolerance. Become a happier person! Kundalini is the spiritual energy of awareness, which is activated and channeled through yoga and meditation. For energy, growth and transformation try Kundalini Yoga.

Yoga of Sound is suitable for everyone. Enjoy chanting and meditation with mantras and music. We begin with gentle Kundalini Yoga warm ups and a short Kriya (set). You will feel the bliss that is a true experience of the sound current "naad". The class will conclude with a gong meditation.

Prenatal Yoga is a wonderful and fun way to prepare the body and mind for childbirth. This class consists of breathing and meditation techniques, gentle stretching and strengthening and the opportunity to share experiences with other moms- to- be. Suitable for all levels.

Sun Salutations will explore different variations of one of the most important classic yoga exercises. Practiced early in the morning to prepare the physical body for the day, the sun salutation is a great way to balance and stretch the entire body. Start your weekend off right!

All classes are one hour and fifteen minutes long, except for lunchtime classes, which last one hour.

Suggestions:

  • Try to attend class with and empty stomach
  • Please leave cell phones and pagers outside
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class to register and sign-in
  • Some people are sensitive to strong fragrances. Please try to keep perfumes to a minimum

Class Passes expire after 6 months. Students and seniors receive a 10% discount on the purchase of a class pass.
